Tshiamo Mmotsa is an epidemiologist whose social science PhD at the University of the Witwatersrand involves understanding the lived experiences of people with cryptococcal disease through qualitative-methods research and community engagment efforts. Her PhD work is co-supervised by Nelesh Govender, David Lawrence and Nellie Myburgh.
