About Us

The Wits Mycology Division was established in 2016 and is affiliated to the School of Pathology in the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of the Witwatersrand. We are currently based in Centre for Healthcare-Associated Infections Antimicrobial Resistance and Mycoses at the National Institute for Communicable Diseases, Sandringham campus.
